Custom PaperDollz was started by Dawn Alexander born in Jacksonville Florida native….Duvallllllll. She began custom designing her PaperDoll clothes in the '70s as a child. Since that time, she has designed the following: custom birthday costumes for themed events, Fashion shows, Custom celebrity gear, Award winning Kentucky Derby hats, Carnival Costumes, Pageant themed costumes 1st Place, Halloween costumes, Bellydance costumes, and Headpieces. She also won 1st Place in the designer category of The Orlando Caribbean Carnival Runway 2024. 

Custom PaperDollz was chosen as one of the official designers for the upcoming 2025 Orlando and Jacksonville Caribbean Carnival parade. The City of Orlando’s United Arts of Central Florida featured the Love is LUV 2024 Collection in its magazine. When she’s not creating wearable art for a new client, this civil engineer and general contractor is busy building the Orlando airport, local schools, and nearby fire stations. Today’s sample pieces are from the Until DAWN Collection, which was created to enhance each woman’s unique body type, maintain inclusion, and help heighten awareness of all women’s beauty.
